Our Wandering Wheelers, who never miss an opportunity to attend a Sherlockian Soirée, attended The Annual Literary Gala and Luncheon of the Live Oak Public Libraries Foundation (Whew!) on January 18th in Savannah. If you’re wondering what this has to do with our organization, this year Gala organizers called on Mr Sherlock Holmes and the Holmes Collections at the University of Minnesota to assist in the endeavour. Bob & Myrtle were invited in recognition of their donations to The Sherlock Holmes Collections, and to be recognized for the Hansom Wheels sponsorship of the eighth grade school projects that we are familiar with. Many of the final projects, all with a Sherlockian theme, have found their way into the Collections.
